The vast national and international experience of our technical team allows us to incorporate all the elements of vanguard that, as is scientifically proven, can increase the productivity of our holdings and the quality of our nuts.

The control of the plantation can be followed daily by our technicians thanks to a system that remotely collects data of the operation which can then be controlled via internet. All the major tasks of the cultivation, harvesting and processing are done mechanically, with which we can achieve higher productivity with the maximum quality that can be found in the market.p>

Our plantations of walnut for fruit are characterized by a superintensive design, with a tight plantation frame and a pruning system specific for each phase of growth of the walnut. With the localised irrigation, we took policies of fertirrigation especially calculated by our technicians in accordance with the specific characteristics of each holding.

The sanitary control in our plantations is done by Systems of Integrated Protection. We have developed models of fenological development that allow us to make treatments with the suitable fitosanitary products, only when the climatic circumstances imply a risk for the health of the production. The result is a healthy nut and of Maximum quality.

The harvesting is made by specific machinery for the harvesting of walnuts. The process is made up of the following sections:

1. mechanic vibration. By specific vibrators that throw the nut to the ground of our plantations that have been covered with grass of our plantations.

2. Mechanical sweeping. Or aligning of the walnuts in a string.

3. Harvested. By automatic harvest machines that gather the cords of walnuts left by the sweeper and they place them in tow trucks.

The result of the process is the harvesting is done very quickly; we can achieve a harvesting speed of one hectare per hour. This way the walnut goes quickly from the tree to the processing system.

The harvested nuts, move from our own installations immediately, to the industrial part of the process whose objective is to eliminate any remains of hair on the nuts as well as those of earth, leaves, branches etc.
